ICE Desktop software from Anglia has taken a leading market share in the UK market for clinical order communications.

Orders have now been placed for over sixty installations of ICE Desktop Requesting and ICE Desktop Reporting that in recent years have been procured via a number of established NHS routes – SYSCON contract; LSP contract; direct trust contract; SHA direct order, ICE system upgrade etc.

Now there’s a new way to order ICE – NHS G-Cat framework contract.

Anglia has recently come to an arrangement with Computacenter UK to act as its sponsor for this procurement channel. Organisations wishing to investigate this approach should contact Anglia to establish the scope of work sought so that a value may be established. A quotation will be passed to Computacenter who will in turn add a modest margin and present a quotation direct upon the interested party for their confirmation. This method circumvents the lengthy contract protocols mentioned above and installations are underwritten by Anglia’s comprehensive Product Licence and Service level Agreement documents.

Orders for ICE raised in this way through G-Cat are delivered and project managed direct by Anglia.
