The results from our TNS Prognostics customer satisfaction survery have arrived and we are happy to report that of the 200 responses we received over 97% of customers were satisfied overall with our service.
The response was higher than anticipated and we were very pleased with the overall results. We would like to thank those who took part and hope to get an even better response next year.
Customer feedback is very important to us as it lets us know the things we are getting right and the things we need to work on. All of your comments will be analysed by the management team and we hope to improve our service to you as a result. We have already highlighted a number of areas were we hope to bring in improvements and will be working on these over the coming weeks and months. Hopefully you will be able to tell us how we did in next years survey.
